Jackson Potter’s HQ is based in the City of London, situated right behind the Bank of England’s Threadneedle Street HQ and conveniently 100 metres from Bank of China UK HQ.  

The UK property & mortgage market is our specialist area. We have for some years been successfully arranging loans for British Ex Pats and many Foreign Nationals/citizens.

We can help Non-UK nationals from various locations around the world but with particular emphasis on Singapore and Hong Kong & China.

We have access to a panel of lenders who specialise in this market. These range from internationally known UK banks to smaller building societies. We also have connections with Private Banks and lenders in The City of London.

Applicants can be both employed and self-employed. 

Current property owners and First time buyers are welcome

All applications are dealt with by Jackson Potter staff. We deal directly with the lenders on your behalf, you do not need to arrange appointments with banks personally.

We look to create a bespoke mortgage proposition based on your individual circumstances and mortgage company lending criteria. 

Refinancing of existing properties is also possible. Perhaps you are looking for a better rate or raising capital on the property for further investment.

We charge a broker fee based on the complexity of the finance required- please ask for details based on your individual requirements. Our average fee for an Ex-Pat mortgage is circa £ 795.
